    As TOP 10 manufacturer of hydraulic hoses in China, the factory covers an area of 6.6 acres, the building area of the workshop is over 20,000 square meter. With over 150 skilled workers, Zaozhuang Gushan Rubber company is a professional manufacturer of Hydraulic hose, Industrial hose, hose fittings, hose assemblies and related products.
    The factory has advanced technology, strict control during the production process, and several sets of advanced production machine. That include pin-barrel cold feeding extruder, large size steel wire spiral machine and USA imported high speed steel wire braider etc. We only cooperate with brand name raw materials, and the hoses has better technical performance and longer working life in cold & hot temperature environment.
    With 6 senior tecnicians, 20 QC, Gushan company has set up a R&D center for high pressure rubber hoses. We have full set of testing devices and strict test method during the production. And the factory has good cooperation with Shandong Supervision & Inspection Laboratory of Coal Quality, Test Cernter of China Coal Research Institute and SGS company. We could provide full test service for the hoses, including apperance and size detect, working pressure and burst pressure test, impulse test, ozone and ultraviolet detect, low temperature and high temperature test etc.
    In recent years, with more input for production equipment and improvement of production process, our hoses are widely sold to domestic mining industry, petrochemical industry, coal industry and hydraulic machine industry. And 70% of our hoses are exported to America, Europe, Latin America, Middle East and South East Asia etc.
